The Locals Lounge Constellation project is a collaborative incubator for organizing local music events. Through the use of data collection and mutual support, members of the Constellation build strong and sustainable grassroots projects. While each project has its own individual goals and metrics of success, the shared goal is to build a thriving local music scene in Vancouver.

Over the course of 2021, five local music organizers joined together to build projects that would serve different niches within the local music community. Each project collected information about their successes and their shortcomings, to share with the wider group so that everyone could learn from each other's efforts.
